I am an Associate Professor of Finance at Illinois State University. Until Spring 2018, I was at San Diego State University. My primary research focus is corporate finance, including venture capital, corporate governance, and financial history.
My wife, Katie, and I have four little kids. They love playing with their daddy, especially when running or jumping is involved. In my spare time I like playing with my family, skiing, making things (whether it’s maple syrup or fixing the house), and riding roller coasters.
